　　教师让学生模仿短文中的语言描述自己班上的教师和某位同学的外貌特征、爱好、理想等，可以采取一问一答的形式。

　　其余学生猜描述的是谁。

　　活动五：Story time

　　（1） 教师出示挂图，让学生观察最后一幅图中Zoom和Zip的表情，并猜一猜他们在做什么？

　　（2） 教师：Look at the picture. They are sad, because they are saying goodbye to each other. What happened? Please read by yourself.

　　学生回答问题：Where is Zip going? Why? Is this good news for Zoom? What grade is Zip going to be in?

　　学生听录音，跟读故事。

　　分角色朗读故事。

　　教师鼓励有能力的同学复述故事。

　　活动六：Guessing game

　　教学参考时间：3分钟

　　教师分别发给每一组最后一排的学生一张纸，上面写一句话，在教师说“开始”后，最后一排的学生即用耳语说纸上的话告诉前面的学生，这位学生再把听到的话告诉前面的学生, 这样依次进行下去。

　　最后一排的学生把所传的话说给大家听，看一看哪组同学最后的答案与老师写在纸上的句子相同或相近。

　　把每组的句子组在一起，让学生猜一猜教师描述的这位同学是谁。

　　活动七：Draw and say

　　教学参考时间：5分钟

　　教师发给每个学生一张图画纸，画出自己喜爱的一个人，并在旁边配上英文介绍。

　　请部分学生拿着自己的作品到前面来展示，一边展示，一边用英文做介绍。教师在此过程中，可进行提问并请学生回答。如：What does he/she do? Where does he/she work/study? Where does he/she live? What does he / she going to be in the future? What does he/she usually do on the weekend? 等。教师评价时注意强调学生在描述过程中对一般现在时的第三人称单数形式的使用。

　　启发学生回答Zoom和Zip道别时互相说了什么？引导学生说出take care.

　　告诉学生take care是道别分手时所学的告别用语，你知道还有哪些吗？

　　活动手册P46/Read and tell the story. 让学生自己朗读故事，教师针对某些地方进行指导和帮助。请学生用自己的语言讲故事。

　　活动手册P47/Make sentences.按要求写句子。

　　活动手册P47/Order the paragraphs and answer the questions.让学生认真读句子并按顺序排列后回答问题。

　　活动前

　　1．教师向学生宣布活动的时间、内容等事宜，学生上报节目。

　　T: Good morning, boys and girl. It is the end of the school year. We’re going to have a farewell party next ….Would you like to perform at the party?

　　本部分使用的语言：What can you do? Can you …?

　　学生表演的节目可以是英文歌曲、歌谣、故事、短剧等。

　　2． 邀请来宾、发请柬。

　　学生用英语写请柬。邀请学生家长、学校领导或其他班的同学代表参加。

　　购买所需物品及欢送会上互换的礼物。

　　所使用的语言：Do you have …? I want …. How much …?

　　排练节目。

　　学生根据自己上报的节目进行练习，遇有困难和问题请求教师帮助。

　　5．给班干部分配任务。

　　确定欢送会上的主持人和每个班干部在这次活动中所负的责任。

　　6．布置会场

　　师生共同布置会场，会场布置好后，让大家用英语描述。所使用语言：There is/are…. In/on..以及有关颜色、数量、形状等单词。

　　Ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls! Now the farewell party will begin. Welcome to our farewell party. Every student here, I’m sure, has made rapid progress in six years. For this, we should offer our heartfelt thanks to our dear teachers and parents. Today we’ll offer you 10 presentations, all by the students. We hope you will enjoy them.

　　在活动可以穿插回答问题、猜谜、互送礼物等有趣味的活动，调动学生参与的积极性。教师可进行简单的评价。

　　教师总结，让学生用英语写出自己的体会、感受等，并进行交流。也可让与会的来宾针对这次活动进行评价。
